Prime Royal Hotel - Surabaya

During our Christmas stay, we really enjoyed the spacious and well-decorated room. the family suite was perfect for our group of four and came at a reasonable price. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large, with a separate shower area and a luxurious bathtub. Another great feature was the clean and new swimming pool on the ground floor, which provided a nice place to relax. the hotel's convenient location made it easy to call for a taxi and there were nearby attractions like the BG Junction mall.

There were a few aspects that we didn't appreciate. the additional 20% service fee added to all prices on the restaurant menu was unexpected and made the meals quite pricey.

ayam goreng president, which is placed only 1000 feet away, is a nice dining choice. taman bungkul and other tourist spots were very close to this hotel.

The stay was absolutely relaxing. Incredible base for a city trip in Surabaya.

The hotel offers excellent service, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. I was impressed by their customer-oriented approach, as they readily accommodated my late-night food request, even when nearby restaurants were closed. The staff's promptness and efficiency in delivering the food were commendable. This level of attention to detail truly made my stay relaxing and enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms had an attractive design, and the basic amenities provided were more than satisfactory.

Everything was satisfactory.

Staff is kinda hospital , design kinda boutique , not so expensive when in down town .

Meeting place not enough , shower system is bad , either too hot or too cold ,

The first reason i choosed Prime Royal is the location. This hotel very closed with my activities. Second one because Prime Royal is new hotel in Surabaya.

Water quality not too good enough. Check in take more than expexted, due to only one receiptionist on duty.

The room was spacious and clean, with useful amenities such as AC, WIFI, and a fridge. The free snacks and included breakfast were a nice bonus. The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall and a popular restaurant.

The hotel staff had difficulty with English, which made communication challenging. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom, and the shower lacked a door or curtain.

The hotel is conveniently located on a busy street of Surabaya, making it easy to call for a taxi and explore the city. the restaurant offers a delicious breakfast spread, featuring a variety of Indonesian delicacies. the hotel's location provides easy access to all the main attractions in the area.

The rooms vary in size and quality, so it is important to request a room that meets your expectations.
